Compliance Analyst II

📋 Description

• Validate regulatory frameworks per Product Counsel directions.
• Use AI tools to streamline compliance workflows and audits.
• Maintain MSB/Insurance licenses; respond to regulators as needed.
• Partner with Product/Engineering to bake compliance in from day one.
• Help develop internal policies reflecting evolving laws.
• Curate a customer knowledge base on industry laws.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, paralegal cert, or equivalent.
• 3+ years in utility management compliance or related roles.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in multi-family utility.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and G Suite.
