🎯 Requirements
- 1–3 years in compliance/onboarding/AML, fintech or VASP.
- AML/CTF principles, risk-based approaches, and due diligence.
- Familiar with UAE VARA regulatory environment.
- Strong research and writing for EDD memos or reviews.
- English fluency; Arabic a plus.
- Experience with high-risk reviews, onboarding, or regulatory reporting.
