📋 Description

  • Support the development of curated, analysis-ready HR datasets (e.g., headcount, attrition, hiring trends)
  • Assist in maintaining data quality through validation checks, refresh processes, and documentation
  • Define and document key workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, and tenure
  • Analyze HR and compensation data to generate insights and support ongoing projects
  • Improve and redesign dashboards and reporting (Excel, Tableau, or similar tools)
  • Support salary survey submissions and market benchmarking

🎯 Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
  • Strong interest in data, analytics, and how they inform people and compensation decisions
  • Comfort working with data in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus, not required
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and gaps in data
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to translate data into clear insights
