🎯 Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
- Strong interest in data, analytics, and how they inform people and compensation decisions
- Comfort working with data in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus, not required
- High attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and gaps in data
- Strong written communication skills and ability to translate data into clear insights
