🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as Compensation Partner or similar.
\n
• Proven track record supporting engineering/technical orgs as a compensation partner.
\n
• Strong background with compensation tools, benchmarking and analysis across geographies.
\n
• Influence senior leaders and drive alignment on cross-functional initiatives.
\n
• Strong international experience with insights across geographies is desirable.
\n
• Experience scaling organizations through rapid growth or transformation.
\n
