- Strong knowledge of third-party surveys (Radford/Mercer/Comptryx) and pay structures.
- Experience leading cross-functional compensation initiatives in fast-moving environments.
- Excellent communication to present data to senior tech and business audiences.
- Experience building AI-powered tools or data products.
