Manage compensation workflows, approvals, and annual planning cycles.
Lead recurring payout cycles, reconciliations, and record management.
Own compensation systems and integrations, including config and testing.
Partner with GTM Systems, Finance, and HRIS on architecture and processes.
Design scalable processes and dashboards for accuracy and visibility.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of experience in compensation ops or related roles.
Deep experience administering variable compensation programs at scale.
Strong experience with compensation systems and tooling.
Experience managing payout cycles, quota workflows, plan administration, and governance.
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical, systems, and problem-solving capabilities.
