  • Partner with hiring managers and TA to benchmark roles and validate leveling.
  • Provide compensation insights to shape hiring strategies for new or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Advise on offer negotiations to ensure consistency, fairness, and timely closings.
  • Align new roles to leveling framework and ensure cross-functional consistency.
  • Support offer development reflecting compensation philosophy and internal equity.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of compensation experience in biotech, pharma, high-growth tech or similar dynamic environments
  • Experience in pre-commercial biotech with scaling compensation practices prior to commercial launch
  • Prior experience with Radford/AON and other relevant market surveys
  • Exceptional analytical skills and expert-level Excel proficiency
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; highly organized
