π― Requirements
- 6+ years of compensation experience in biotech, pharma, high-growth tech or similar dynamic environments
- Experience in pre-commercial biotech with scaling compensation practices prior to commercial launch
- Prior experience with Radford/AON and other relevant market surveys
- Exceptional analytical skills and expert-level Excel proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; highly organized
