Compensation Intern

📋 Description

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing compensation data for analysis.
• Support market research and benchmarking to compare internal pay ranges with external data.
• Maintain compensation databases, job descriptions, and pay structure documentation.
• Participate in job evaluation activities, reviewing content and aligning roles to internal frameworks.
• Prepare basic reports, charts, and summaries to support compensation projects and leadership requests.
• Collaborate with HR partners during performance review or merit cycle periods.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and proactive problem-solving.
