- Lead rollout, administration, and ongoing compliance of Xsolla’s Complementary Compensation Plan
- Ensure all compensation programs comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Oversee design, implementation, and communication of compensation plans
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Execs to align and mitigate compliance risks
- Monitor regulatory changes and update policies and practices
- Conduct audits and prepare reports to demonstrate compliance
- Provide training and guidance on compensation compliance
- Support due diligence and documentation as requested
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law; advanced degree or CEP/JD preferred
- 8+ years of direct experience in compensation, compliance, or legal
- Experience with IPO, crypto comp plans, ESPPs, or equity plans
- Deep knowledge of SEC laws and best practices for compensation compliance
- Strong knowledge in crypto and tokens
- Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
- High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
