🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in compensation and/or people analytics (Tech/FinTech preferred)
  • Builder mindset; applies science and art of compensation
  • Analytical, data-literate; translates data into guidance
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, market trends, regulations
  • Experience with large, complex data sets
  • Collaborative, high integrity with confidential information
