📋 Description

  • Design, implement, and manage global C&B strategy.
  • Build and maintain salary grid (L1–L7) with benchmarks.
  • Review and enhance variable comp and benefits across geographies.
  • Lead annual End-of-Year compensation review globally.
  • Prepare meetings and data for RemCo.
  • Manage equity programs (O-shares, M-shares, AGA, BSPCE) and ledger.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits, in international env.
  • Expertise in job architecture, salary ranges and benchmarking (AON Radford, Mercer, Ravio).
  • Equity program management (AGA, BSPCE, RSU) incl. grants and governance.
  • French C&B regulatory frameworks: AGA/BSPCE, intéressement, PEE/PERCO, compliance.
  • Advanced analytics with Excel; Workday Advanced Compensation preferred.
  • Tech scale-up or multi-country C&B experience; autonomous with senior stakeholders; English & French.
