- Design, implement, and manage global C&B strategy.
- Build and maintain salary grid (L1–L7) with benchmarks.
- Review and enhance variable comp and benefits across geographies.
- Lead annual End-of-Year compensation review globally.

🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Compensation & Benefits, in international env.
- Expertise in job architecture, salary ranges and benchmarking (AON Radford, Mercer, Ravio).
- Equity program management (AGA, BSPCE, RSU) incl. grants and governance.
- French C&B regulatory frameworks: AGA/BSPCE, intéressement, PEE/PERCO, compliance.
- Advanced analytics with Excel; Workday Advanced Compensation preferred.
- Tech scale-up or multi-country C&B experience; autonomous with senior stakeholders; English & French.
