π― Requirements
- 3+ years in compensation & benefits / rewards roles.
- Experience supporting GTM roles and sales compensation β advantage.
- Experience in global or multi-country environments β advantage.
- Experience using AI, automation or analytics in comp/HR.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and SuccessFactors.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
