  • Lead end-to-end annual compensation programs (merit, bonus, equity).
  • Own salary ranges, benchmarking, and market pay research.
  • Partner with HRBPs, TA, and leaders on promotions and adjustments.
  • Act as SME for compensation and benefits; coach managers and HR.
  • Manage benefits renewals across regions with consultants.
  • Support new country launches with comp structures and HR policies.
  • Collaborate with HR Operations, Finance, and Payroll for systems alignment.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and provide analytical insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in compensation & benefits / rewards roles.
  • Experience supporting GTM roles and sales compensation – advantage.
  • Experience in global or multi-country environments – advantage.
  • Experience using AI, automation or analytics in comp/HR.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and SuccessFactors.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
