- Align global compensation work, including coordination with the India team.
π― Requirements
- 2-5 years in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or related.
- Experience with compensation surveys and job pricing (Radford/Mercer preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills; Workday experience preferred.
- Knowledge of market pricing, pay ranges, internal equity, benchmarking.
- Experience with People analytics or HR reporting; HRIS familiarity.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; global compensation experience a plus.
