  • Own day-to-day compensation operations: surveys, pricing, benchmarking, and cycle support.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for headcount, attrition, promotions, LOA, and contractors data.
  • Own Board and Executive reporting cycles with consistent metric definitions.
  • Collaborate with HRIS/Workday to ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Develop AI-assisted tools to speed up compensation workflows and improve transparency.
  • Align global compensation work, including coordination with the India team.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-5 years in compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or related.
  • Experience with compensation surveys and job pricing (Radford/Mercer preferred).
  • Advanced Excel skills; Workday experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of market pricing, pay ranges, internal equity, benchmarking.
  • Experience with People analytics or HR reporting; HRIS familiarity.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; global compensation experience a plus.
