  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (preferred)
  • 0-3+ years in compensation analysis
  • Open to recent graduates
  • Strong analytical skills; Excel, HRIS, compensation software
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, market pricing, job evaluation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills
