  • Provide pay design for new-hire, promotions, and executive programs with quantitative analysis.
  • Build and maintain models for compensation programs, including equity, budgets, and scenarios.
  • Drive cross-functional compensation analytics projects from scoping to delivery.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating financial tradeoffs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and pay-design analyses, including market data reviews.
  • Prepare clear, decision-ready materials for senior leaders with rigorous data integrity.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in compensation, finance, people analytics, or related analytical field.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytics; advanced Excel or Google Sheets; large datasets.
  • Experience evaluating compensation design, market data, budgets, forecasts, or program outcomes.
  • Own complex, cross-functional projects; navigate ambiguity; influence stakeholders; develop repeatable solutions.
  • Experience with equity compensation, executive compensation, or other complex programs preferred.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional stakeholders.
