  • Administer and maintain participation in external compensation surveys and benchmarking tools.
  • Maintain and update internal compensation databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Support compensation review cycles, including data preparation, validation, and analysis.
  • Analyze internal and external compensation data to develop market-aligned recommendations.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners to evaluate compensation requests and provide actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years in compensation, finance, HR, or related analytics.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
  • Strong data analysis with high accuracy in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, benchmarking, and market data sources.
  • Familiarity with Radford and Workday; AI in HR preferred.
