- Maintain and update internal compensation databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support compensation review cycles, including data preparation, validation, and analysis.
- Analyze internal and external compensation data to develop market-aligned recommendations.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to evaluate compensation requests and provide actionable insights.
- Conduct analyses related to pay equity, retention risk, and pay-for-performance alignment.
π― Requirements
- 2+ years in compensation, finance, HR, or related analytics.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent).
- Strong data analysis with high accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of compensation principles, benchmarking, and market data sources.
- Familiarity with Radford and Workday; AI in HR preferred.
