IT Specialist

📋 Description

• Configure, deploy, and support workstations and mobile devices for employees
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software across the organization
• Manage device inventory, documentation, and change management processes
• Support day-to-day network operations and basic network troubleshooting
• Administer user accounts, access, and permissions across internal systems

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Degree in computer science or related field preferred
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware and software, with emphasis on Apple products preferred
• Familiarity with identity management, MDM services, and internal communication tools
• Administrative experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jamf Pro, or CrowdStrike is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
