CompanyCam builds photo documentation and collaboration tools for contractors and field teams. We are seeking an IT Specialist to support our growing tech environment and help maintain reliable, secure systems for our staff.
Role Overview
As an IT Specialist, you will provide hands-on IT support, manage user accounts, administer devices and the network, and partner with teams to implement scalable IT solutions that keep our operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage accounts, permissions, and security policies using Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Administer Windows and macOS endpoints, printers, and mobile devices; maintain software updates.
- Monitor network performance, VPN access, backups, and security controls; support disaster recovery planning.
- Maintain IT assets and equipment inventory; coordinate with vendors and procurement.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding and IT onboarding processes for new hires.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in an IT support or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Fundamental networking skills, VPNs, and security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
