🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
4–7+ years in retail planning, FP&A, company planning, or multi-channel ops.
Experience with planning systems (Anaplan, SAP, JDA, Oracle, etc.).
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple planning cycles in a fast-paced retail environment.
