Lead ad hoc projects end-to-end from inception to delivery

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of experience in operations, program management, or similar
Thrive in ambiguity; define scope where none exists
Proven experience building or scaling operational systems, processes, or frameworks
Strong attention to detail with sound judgment on rigor where needed
Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready outputs
High ownership, independence; navigate ambiguity and influence without authority
