Lead ad hoc projects end-to-end from inception to delivery.
Represent the CEO’s vision in cross-functional contexts and build strong relationships.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of experience in operations, program management, or similar roles.
Thrives in ambiguity; can define scope where it does not yet exist.
Proven experience building or scaling operational systems and frameworks.
Strong attention to detail; moves quickly without sacrificing rigor.
Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready outputs.
High ownership; independent, cross-boundary collaboration.
