🎯 Requirements

10+ years procurement or indirect spend across BPO.
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or related.
Proven ability to lead complex sourcing and negotiations delivering savings.
Experience applying AI or data-driven solutions to procurement.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management.
Deep understanding of supplier management, risk mitigation, and contract governance.
