Community Support Forecasting and Demand Planning Analyst

📋 Description

• Own short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasting across Global Operations.
• Design, develop, and maintain forecasting models using time series and ML.
• Quantify forecast uncertainty with confidence intervals and error analysis.
• Perform scenario modeling for peak demand, launches, and unplanned events.
• Establish model governance with documentation, validation, and back-testing.
• Research and prototype new forecasting and optimization techniques.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in demand forecasting, capacity planning, or analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau skills.
• Experience with WFM tools (NICE, Verint) or planning platforms (Anaplan).
• Understanding of contact center metrics (AHT, ASA, service level, occupancy).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; explain analytics to non-technical audiences.
