- High school diploma or GED; security, customer service, and mental health experience.
- Experience in community-based social service serving homelessness/poverty; diverse populations.
- Able to work in high-stress environments; strong conflict resolution; clear communication.
- TB screening & vaccines; MS Office proficiency; DOJ/FYCC background clearance.
