🎯 Requirements

5–7+ years in community, growth, marketing, or ecosystem roles in tech
Experience with developers, AI, SaaS, or technical builders
Strong operational mindset; think in systems, playbooks, measurable impact
Know how to build/run online and offline communities; translate to scalable programs
Technical enough to demo the product, troubleshoot, and speak builder language
Familiar with Discord, Slack, forums and community analytics tools
