Community Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own community program operations and event logistics (Ambassadors, Campus, etc).
• Lead infra builds to streamline internal processes for programs.
• Identify gaps and craft new workflows to remove inefficiencies.
• Work with internal teams to shape and scale global community programs.
• Interface with community members worldwide who use Cursor.
• Define the roadmap for community operations in a high-autonomy role.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years at a high-velocity startup focused on operational work.
• Energized by community building and diverse groups.
• Operationally excellent; manage multiple work streams across time zones.
• Comfortable building tooling in Cursor and integrating with external tools.
• Strong bias toward action and shipping, even in ambiguity.
• Empathy and understanding of what makes communities tick.
