Identify opportunities to boost efficiency via systems and tooling.
Use tracking data to make data-driven recommendations for recruitment and growth.

🎯 Requirements

Experience setting up and maintaining community operations for a brand.
Fluent with data; can assess/visualize data and build extraction systems.
Demonstrated ability to create workflows improving efficiency and automation.
Well versed in SQL, Excel, and other data tools.
Salesforce experience, especially creating a new SFDC instance.
