🎯 Requirements
- 4–7 years in community, marketing, or program management
- Proven experience executing developer meetups, ambassador, or MVP programs end-to-end
- Independent operator who owns programs end-to-end
- Fluency with Discord, CommonRoom, and HubSpot/Asana
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing and product teams
- Exceptionally organized with strong PM skills
