📋 Description

• Own daily community operations across X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
• Speak the language of retail investors: Engage with online finance communities authentically.
• Act as the voice of the customer: Monitor sentiment and deliver insights to product/marketing.
• Spearhead community activations: Ideate and execute live AMAs, Q&As, and events.
• Stay close to internet culture: Monitor trends, memes, FinTwit, and rising stars.
• Represent the Robinhood voice with strong judgment; ensure compliance and accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in social media or community management, in fintech, consumer tech, or relevant brands.
• Native understanding of X, TikTok, Reddit, Instagram; how communities operate.
• Excellent writing; ability to switch between compliance briefs and X posts.
• Data-driven; translate sentiment, engagement, and conversions into strategy.
• Thrives in a regulated industry; balance creative marketing with compliance.
