  • Active CA Real Estate License; knowledge of CA landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driverโ€™s license, automobile insurance, reliable transportation; travel may be required.
