Community Manager - Multi-Site

📋 Description

• Manage operational, financial, and resident-service performance of multiple communities.
• Lead on-site teams; ensure compliance with California laws and regulations.
• Travel between sites and maintain a valid California Real Estate license; multi-site experience required.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure consistent service, appearance, and policy adherence.
• Conduct site visits and inspections of common areas, units, and grounds.
• Oversee move-in/move-out processes, inspections, and documentation; payroll and admin reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of property management experience, including multi-site management.
• Valid California Real Estate License (DRE) required; obtain within six months if not active.
• Valid driver's license in good standing; willingness to travel between sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and property management software.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing, and ADA considerations.
