🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years of property management experience, including multi-site management.
  • Valid California Real Estate License (DRE) required; obtain within six months if not active.
  • Valid driver's license in good standing; willingness to travel between sites.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and property management software.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of California landlord-tenant laws, Fair Housing, and ADA considerations.
