  • Own and maintain Help Center articles to keep docs clear and up to date.
  • Identify gaps in creator education and build new guides or training.
  • Design education beyond docs: tutorials, walkthroughs, live sessions.
  • Ensure resources are easy to discover across Cantina.
  • Track friction points and common questions to inform product.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-4 years experience leading creator or user education initiatives
  • Strong ability to explain concepts clearly and accessibly
  • Experience creating educational content across formats
  • Actively use Cantina to gain deep product fluency
  • Highly organized; own recurring education/content responsibilities
  • Collaborative; cross-functional to support creator success
