- Draft and send community/advocacy communications to keep customers informed and connected.
- Identify success stories and spotlight wins to showcase customer value.

- Bring advocacy initiatives to life with the team.
- Collaborate with Product, CS, and Marketing on community initiatives; Hours: 20-25 hrs/week

- 2+ years of experience in community, marketing, program coordination, or related roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Interest in community building; Bonus: experience with technical audiences
