π― Requirements
- U.S. citizen based in the United States.
- Preferred to live in EST or CST.
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree from a Top 100 institution.
- 1-2 years in student support or customer service.
- Familiar with college preparation, application, and admission processes.
- Savvy with Google Workspaces.
- Experience with Zendesk, Aircall, Hubspot, or similar platforms.
