Community Manager

📋 Description

• Own and moderate the Immunefi Discord server; keep it active and welcoming.
• Respond to community queries, resolve issues, and escalate feedback to teams.
• Ensure timely communication of platform updates, initiatives, and opportunities.
• Create and share engaging content tailored for Discord, including FAQs, tutorials, and announcements.
• Manage Zendesk support queues; ensure timely resolution of inbound tickets from researchers and platform users.
• Triage, prioritize, and respond to support queries; escalate complex issues when needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in Web3 or crypto community management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Discord community management, moderation, and tooling.
• Experience managing support queues, ideally with Zendesk or similar.
• Proactive mindset with excellent organizational skills and prioritization.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Looker Studio.
