📋 Description

• Be the on-site CEO of your community, accountable for profits and culture.
• Own budget, hire and motivate your team, ensure resident satisfaction.
• Lead marketing, leasing, and sales to achieve occupancy goals.
• Manage resident ledgers, work orders within 48 hours, touchpoints.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and Fair Housing standards.
• Protect NOI through cost control and strong vendor management.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in multi-family property management; manufactured home experience a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.
• Able to sit for long hours and walk the community; lift as needed.
• Background check clear; valid driver's license; travel may be required.
