Operate all phases of the property: leasing, maintenance, staffing, and resident relations.
Report to the Regional Manager; supervise team; manage advertising and market conditions.
Regularly inspect common areas, units, and property grounds.
Ensure move-in/move-out administration; payroll submission accuracy.
Monitor financial and operational reporting; support budget planning and income.
Salary range: $24-$26 DOE (hourly).

Professional experience with property marketing.
2+ years of property management experience.
