• Be the on-site CEO of your community, leading finances, operations, and culture.
• Manage budget, drives NOI, and motivate your team to hit goals.
• Oversee leasing, maintenance, and vendor spend for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and applicable laws.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in multi-family property management; manufactured home exp a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to sit for long periods and walk the community; lift supplies as needed.
• Travel may be required periodically.
• Must pass criminal background check and have a valid driver's license.
