🎯 Requirements
- Certified Community Health Worker (CHW) or equivalent experience
- Lived or professional experience in rural communities
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and advocacy skills
- Comfort working independently and in the community
- Valid driver\'s license, ability to travel, and ability to pass a background check
- Nice to have: Experience in prenatal care, wound care, elder care, or chronic disease support
🎁 Benefits
- Base salary: $40,000-$70,000 yearly
- Contract role for one year with possible extension or conversion to full-time
