Community Growth Manager, Ambassador & Partnerships

📋 Description

• Own design and structure of Lovable Ambassador Program
• Lead outbound sourcing and ambassador relationship building
• Run 1:1 intake for ambassadors; map motivations and participation
• Build and manage ambassador toolkit for activations
• Own Lovable's community partnership tracks; identify strategic partnerships
• Surface product feedback and track program health with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years in community-led growth, partnerships, or startup growth
• Ran an ambassador program or been an ambassador yourself
• Strong network instincts; identify credible community members and build relationships
• High external EQ; celebrate others\' success without centering the company
• Comfortable managing multiple external relationships across geographies/time zones
• Experience with partnerships, sponsorships, or co-marketing agreements a plus
