📋 Description

• Lead Mozilla's Reddit engagement across influential subreddits with authentic participation.
• Develop and own an organic Reddit strategy; spot trends and provide engagement recommendations.
• Track, report performance, and map activity to KPIs.
• Build relationships with key Redditors and moderators; collaborate across PR, Product, Legal, Marketing, and Brand teams.
• Create content that resonates with communities passionate about technology, privacy, and the open web.
• Shape and lead Mozilla's Reddit engagement strategy across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product communications, developer relations, or community strategy.
• Proven ability to engage authentically on Reddit and other tech native platforms.
• Deep understanding of influence flows in tech communities; tone and timing.
• Skilled at translating product language into community-friendly narratives.
• Experience engaging developers, open-source contributors, or privacy-minded communities.
• Strong writer for Reddit posts and comments in Mozilla’s voice; analytics proficiency.
