Support recruiting projects for major AI/RLHF clients with rapid turnaround.
Manage G2i pipeline, inbound applications, sourcing, and testing coordination.
Conduct intro and screening meetings with developers when needed.
Run candidate-facing campaigns: onboarding, ID checks, contract signing, deactivations.
Assist with developer onboarding for new contracts and ramp-ups.
Build and maintain talent pools and shortlists for recurring client needs.

🎯 Requirements

Proven ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
Quick learner who masters new tools fast.
Excellent written communication in English.
Nice to have: experience in recruiting operations or talent coordination.
Nice to have: familiarity with Ashby, HireFlix, or similar ATS platforms.
