📋 Description

  • Own and execute content plans and editorial calendars for internal comms.
  • Create content to support Firstup’s strategic priorities and engagement.
  • Plan and execute comms campaigns for initiatives and events.
  • Edit and publish customer stories and employee content.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging.
  • Analyze engagement data to identify trends and improve reach.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, business, or related field.
  • Four+ years of experience in communications, marcomm, or digital community support.
  • Experience using internal communications platforms and tools; Firstup preferred.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading (AP style); able to tailor messages.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
