  • 4+ years in communications, internal comms, employer branding, or PM.
  • Excellent English writing; Ukrainian a plus.
  • Strong ability to structure info into clear, engaging content.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with digital platforms, CMS, and internal tools.
  • High attention to detail and a strong ownership mindset.
