- Strong writing and storytelling to translate technical topics into clear narratives.
- Experience supporting customer storytelling (media outreach, case studies, campaigns).
- Strong instincts for shaping a narrative for media, social, and owned channels.
- Able to quickly get up to speed on technical topics and turn them into readable stories.
- Highly proactive and accountable: you take ownership.
