📋 Description

• Review and advise on enterprise-level communications for compliance.
• Conduct principal-level review/approval to meet regulatory standards.
• Guide stakeholders on Compliance for projects with enterprise view.
• Provide early guidance in Communications and Marketing meetings.
• Draft practical guidelines to ensure regulatory and firm compliance.
• Engage internal legal counsel to ensure timely legal input.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in financial services compliance
• 5+ years of experience in communications compliance
• Knowledge of FTC, SEC, FINRA, CFTC, FCA regulatory frameworks
• Strong written and verbal communication; provide clear guidance
• Experience managing multiple priorities on complex compliance projects
• PM skills in changing environments; project management bonus
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Content, Research, Eng
• Tools: Google Workspace, Figma, Red Oak, Tableau, Coda; ChatGPT and Gemini familiarity
