Communication/Trade Surveillance - Experienced Hires

📋 Description

• Conduct surveillance of emails, chats, and voice to detect market abuse.
• Review and escalate alerts per internal policies and MAR/MiFID II.
• Document findings and support investigations with timely reports.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Front Office to improve controls.
• Contribute to improving surveillance models, lexicons, and monitoring.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in communication/trade surveillance or conduct risk in investment banking.
• Strong understanding of market abuse regulations and conduct risk.
• Ability to analyse large data volumes with accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication; present findings objectively.
• Proactive in improving processes and controls.
