🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in communications, PR, or project management.
• Proven track record managing integrated communication projects end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with social media management, media relations, and content creation.
• Experience with CSR projects or community engagement is a strong plus.
• Strategic thinker with precision and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
