Travel within the Midwest for on-site PD up to weekly (June–Sept).
Availability up to 20 hours/week during peak season.
Willing to travel beyond Midwest for two in-person training days in late spring.
Facilitate on-site PD for schools adopting CommonLit 360.
Lead virtual PD sessions throughout the year.
Collaborate with PD and Account Management teams; deepen CommonLit 360 knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years as an ELA teacher, instructional coach, or school leader.
1+ years facilitating engaging, outcomes-driven professional development.
Strong command of best practices in ELA instruction and adult learning.
Receptiveness to feedback and coaching.
Familiarity with CommonLit resources; experience with CommonLit 360 strongly preferred.
Midwest-based with proximity to a major airport.
