- Travel within the West Coast region to deliver on-site PD up to once per week (Jun–Sep)
- Lead on-site PD for schools adopting CommonLit 360
- Deliver virtual PD sessions throughout the year
- Prepare for and follow up on PD sessions and required documentation
- Collaborate with PD and Account Management teams
- Develop deep expertise in CommonLit 360 tools and PD offerings
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years as an ELA teacher, coach, or school leader
- 1+ year of experience facilitating professional development
- Strong command of ELA instruction and adult learning
- Receptiveness to feedback and coaching
- Familiarity with CommonLit resources; CommonLit 360 experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to fly/drive
- Based on West Coast with proximity to a major airport
🎁 Benefits
- Starts at $35/hour
- $600–$700 per day for on-site full-day PD
